The Griffin Odyssey Spider is a great vise for the money. I have more expensive vises but the Spider has become my favorite because of how versatile it is. The full rotary function is unique at theis price range and quality. It is made fully in the USA and has a lifetime guarantee.

I was wanting a rotary vise without popping $150 to $200.
I gave the Odyssey Spider a try thinking that I would use it for a while and then upgrade to a more expensive rotary. I was amazed at the quality and performance and have n0 need to upgrade. The vise is made in the USA and there is a lifetime guarantee. The folks at Griffin are wondeful at answering any questions you may have about their vises.
