The soft rubber Turbo gives the fly the same magic movements as the other Turbos. You can fish them translucent as they are or dye them any color with a marker. On the rubber turbo you can cut away a piece of the cone to create any shape you want. Turn it around and creat a litte "sked" that makes your fly dive, or if you twist it, skid on the surface.
