Lubricate the metal tip with vegetable oil or mineral oil, then push the skirt collars over the plastic tube. Next remove the metal tip and use the wire material puller to pull the silicone tab(s) through the plastic tube to the desired length gauge of the plastic tube and push the skirt collar onto the skirt material. |
